Angel Morris_Summit Grad-1The technology workforce is critical to our state’s economy. Technology crosses all industries, from robotics in construction to telehealth in medicine and user support for major businesses.

The pandemic heightened awareness for the ubiquity of technology in nearly every aspect of our lives, all of which makes technology workers even more in demand in the marketplace.

Summit is uniquely positioned, in partnership with employers, to provide a solution that leads to immediate impact in addressing both an education gap and talent shortage.

Capture

“We have an opportunity now to engage individuals in our community who reflect the community, so that in five to ten years and even now, people of color say, ‘I can be in IT,’ because they look around and can see people like themselves sitting in IT positions. Summit helps make sure that we can provide that to the community.”
